We’ll send you a claim form and we’ll fill out some policy details and information before sending this to you.

Once you’ve completed the form, send it to the loss adjuster : Cunningham Lindsay at 225 Bath St, Glasgow.  This information is also on the claim form.  The loss adjuster will then deal directly with you.


Out of hours advice:

In the event of an emergency (e.g. no cooking facilities), including out of hours, you should call 0845 604 8901.

During out of hours periods (6pm to 8am and weekends / public holidays), this automatically connects to an office in Cardiff who have staff on duty 24/7 to deal with urgent enquiries – offering advice and support.

Freezing weather:

You may have to claim both your buildings and contents insurance if you suffer from burst pipes after a period of freezing weather.  Furniture, carpets and other movable items will be covered by contents cover. The repair of walls and floors will require a buildings insurance claim.
