  • providing a 24-hour emergency service for shared repairs;
  • monitoring a high percentage of repairs carried out to assess our customers’ experience and identify any areas for improvement;
  • giving you clear information on the main aspects of the repairs and maintenance service;
  • making sure contractors are paid for any repair work; 
  • making sure any faults or problems are followed up; and 
  • issuing a bill, divided between you and the other owners in your block, once a repair is finished, and making sure that every owner pays their share.
