Why am I paying more for a fence repair?
As fences occupy the boundary between properties, the ownership of a fence may be shared between several blocks.
In these circumstances, the cost of the fence repair is split between each property with an ownership interest.
The amount each block will be pay is dependent upon the number of metres of fence at each block; therefore, some neighbours may pay more or less for the repair.
We will check the amount of fence repaired prior to billing to ensure each property is charged the correct amount.
