YourPlace is a member of Happy to Translate – a company set up to break down barriers between organisations and members of the communities they serve who have difficulty in communicating in spoken or written English.

If you are deaf or hearing impaired and use British Sign Language (BSL) you can use our BSL translation service. You need a webcam to use this service.

The BSL service is available using Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers.

The service is available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be connected to a BSL translator who will then contact our Customer Service Centre and translate for you.
